Q: Can my explora® cup be sterilised?
The cups are suitable for sterilisation by steam (electric and microwave), boiling (5 mins) or cold water tablet/liquid solution.
Q: Can I dish wash the explora® Cups?
The explora® cups can be used in a dishwasher, top shelf only.
Q: Can I sterilise cups, bowls and plates?
Yes they are fine to be sterilised.
Q: Can the bottles and cups go in the dishwasher?
Yes, we recommend them to go on the top shelf of your dishwasher.
Q: How do I clean my closer to nature® soother?
You should wash the soother in warm, soapy water. We would them recommend you sterilise the soother in your steriliser.
Q: I have sterilised my bottles, why have they got marks on them?
The bottles are still required to be washed before sterilising. Your steriliser may need descaling, we recommend to descale every 4 weeks.
