Weaning is wonderful when your mum is Caitilin Finch, author of Healthy First Foods for Your Baby and, from next week, Healthy First Foods for your Toddler.

Baby Sunny is now seven months old and having been solely breastfed for his first six months now loves anything his mum chooses to give him...especially sweet vegetables and apple, plum and fig purees.
