Mayborn Baby & Child is aware of the recent article (Saturday 14th March 2009) on the BBC News Programme regarding concerns over the ingredient called Bisphenol A (BPA) in feeding bottles.

While there is not currently any conclusive scientific evidence to support any alleged harmful side effects of Bisphenol A (BPA) in baby feeding we are aware that some parents have expressed concerns.
Any parents or carers, who are using existing baby feeding bottles manufactured by Mayborn Baby & Child, should be reassured that these meet all current relevant safety standards and are considered perfectly safe to continue using by following the feeding guidelines.
