Selecting products

You can select products you wish to purchase from the product department pages (e.g. Weaning), or through the individual product pages in each department (e.g. Closer to Nature® Steriliser). Simply put in the number you want to order in the box marked 'Quantity', and click 'Buy now'.

Please note that not all products in the Tommee Tippee range are available to buy online. Items not available to buy online are widely available in major retailers. Please see our Stockist information for further details.

Viewing Shopping Basket

A summary of the items in your shopping basket appears at the top right of the screen. Click on the 'items in basket' or the box itself to see the details of the products you have added to your basket.

Confirming your Order

Once you have selected all your products click 'Start Checkout', and you will be directed to a page where you can enter your address details. If you are a registered user on our web site you can login at this stage to speed up the checkout process. Click on 'Continue to final stage' and you will be directed to a secure page to enter your preferred card payment details

Payment Details

Enter your credit card details and click 'make payment'. Your credit card details will be encrypted for security and sent to Protx (http://www.protx.com/) to be processed and authorised. No credit card information is retained by Tommee Tippee. Once your details have been approved your order will be processed by our Staff. You will receive and order confirmation email detailing the items and providing you with a unique order reference number (please ensure to keep this safe when contacting us regarding your order).

For additional security we have introduced the option of using 3D Secure Payments in the form of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. If your credit card is registered with one of these services, you will automatically be prompted at checkout each time you shop with us for your password. (This page will be served by the issuing bank).

Credit and Debit Cards Accepted

1. Valid registered address, The billing address you enter must match that held with your issuing bank. This is a measure to prevent Fraudulent transactions from being completed.
2. Card owner name, Enter this exactly as it appears on the Credit / Debit Card
3. Card number, Enter the card number without spaces
4. Card Type, Select the type of card you are using from the drop down box
5. Card Start Date, Select the start date of your card from the drop down box
6. Card End Date, Select the end date of your card from the drop down box
7. Issue Number, This is only required for purchases made using Maestro cards (Formally Switch / Solo)
8. CVV2 / CV2, Your cards security number is the last 3 digits in the signature strip on the reverse of your Credit / Debit Card

Delivery Information

We charge £3.95 (£3.36 Excluding VAT) for postage, packing and delivery. There is no charge for orders of £50 or above. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please note we only deliver to UK addresses at present, addresses with BFPO (British Forces Postcodes) or parts of Northern Ireland are not eligable for purchasing from our web site at this time.
