Exchange and Refund Policy

You may return goods to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition.

We cannot accept back individual items sold as part of a kit.

Electrical goods (sterilisers or monitors) must be complete with all power leads and accessories in re-saleable condition.

For reasons of hygiene, replacement valves for the Tommee Tippee Breast Pump are not returnable, unless faulty.

Before you return an item, please inform our Careline, quoting your order reference number.

You should return the goods to the address above enclosing your delivery note.

Once the goods are received and checked, we will refund the original price via your credit card. Please note that it can take up to 14 days to process your refund.

We are unable to refund any postage and packing costs, unless the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
