Information we collect about you
Information you provide. We collect and store Personal Information you submit when using the Website or provide to us in some other manner. This may include information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number when you are registering with the Website or submitting queries to our Careline. Please note that the Careline is intended for product queries only. If you submit pregnancy related queries to our Careline, including sensitive Personal Information about your health, we will forward this to our Midwife. Likewise, if you send product related queries to our Midwife, these will be forwarded to our customer services team who will deal with your query.
If you make a payment, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information) will be stored and processed by our third party payment service provider, meaning that we do not have access to your payment details.
Where you wish to become a member of the Parenting Club we will request certain information such as whether you are pregnant, whether you have children and the names, date of birth and gender of your children. The type and level of information will depend upon whether you are simply browsing the Website, looking to become a member and/or making a purchase.
Where you wish to ask our Midwife a question, you may also provide certain types of sensitive Personal Information, such as information about your health and that of your baby, in order for our Midwife to deal with your queries. Please note that it is not intended that our Midwife deals with product queries. Any product queries sent to our Midwife will be forwarded to and dealt with by our Careline team.

How we use the information we collect about you
Personal Information That You Choose to Provide to Us
General. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information via this Website or otherwise, this information will only be used or disclosed for certain purposes which include the following:
- to manage your Parenting Club application and membership;
- to provide you with customer support and advice;
- to administer competitions;
- to deal with queries submitted to our Midwife;
- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and managing any order that you place with us;
- to analyse the use of the Website to ensure that content from the Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or other access device;
- to monitor and/or keep records of our e-mail communications and other correspondence with you. If you send us correspondence that contains Personal Information, we may use that Personal Information to address the nature and purposes of the correspondence;
- we may use your Personal Information if required and to the extent necessary to provide you with customer service, and to address any complaints you may have;
- if you opt-in to receive promotional information and/or newsletters from us, we may use such Personal Information to contact you by email and post with the information you have opted-in to receive;

Financial information. We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases made on the website, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.
Our Midwife. We may disclose certain of your information, including some Personal Information (and sensitive Personal Information), to our Midwife, in order to deal with any queries you may have.
Other Situations. We may also disclose your Personal Information, including personal information:

Marketing
Parenting Club Members. If you are a Member of our Parenting Club and you have consented to us doing so, we may use your Personal Information and that of your babies and children to contact you by email or post, telephone and/or SMS with promotional information and/or newsletters about us and our products and services and those of carefully selected third party companies and prize draws and competitions which may be of interest to you. If you wish to stop receiving such materials, please see section below headed 'How to opt out'.
Customers purchasing products from the website. Where you have purchased products from us, we may also, unless you opt out (see below for how to opt out) use your personal information to contact you by email or post, telephone and/or SMS with promotional information and/or newsletters about us and our products and services or of carefully selected third party companies and details of prize draws and competitions which may be of interest to you. If you wish to stop receiving such materials, please see section below headed 'How to opt out'.
Regarding the information you provide to us relating to your children, we may use this to help us understand your needs and interests (and those of your babies and children as they grow) to better tailor our services and communications to you. For example, we may use the information you provide us about gender or birth date of your baby to send information about gender or age appropriate goods and services as your child grows.
Unless you tell us otherwise (see section below headed 'How to opt out'), we may also contact you to help us understand your needs and interests and how we can improve this Website and our products and services, and those of other companies in the Mayborn group. From time to time, we may also contact you to invite you to contact us if you want to participate in market research.
