Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese | Stage 2
Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese

A great way to introduce your baby to new flavours. Broccoli and cauliflower are two bitter vegetables that should be introduced early in weaning when taste buds are less mature. Don’t worry if you can only find parmesan made with unpasteurised milk, the steaming process will destroy any bacteria in the cheese.

Add the broccoli, cauliflower and cream to the Quick-Cook and steam for 10 minutes.
